Davide Grassi: Taktika. Strategija. Negacija. Moč.

V petek, 27. januarja 2006, smo ob 18. uri priredili predavanje Davideja Grassija z naslovom Taktika. Startegija. Negacija. Moč. Preavanje je potekalo v galeriji KiBela, v Multimedijskem centru KIBLA, Ulica kneza Koclja 9, Maribor, s sočasno in nočno intervencijo tandema son:DA.

Davide Grassi, umetniški vodja Zavoda Aksioma, je s pomočjo avdiovizualnega gradiva predstavil svoja zadnja dela, ki jih močno zaznamuje intermedijski ter interdisciplinaren pristop, pa tudi tankočutna družbena in socialna refleksija o aktualnih temah. Grassi je avtor številnih videov, performansov, instalacij, dokumentarcev in drugih del z uporabo sodobnih medijev. Je član kontroverznega Kolektiva BAST in SC-N projekta.

The Problem Stock Exchange “A problem is a challenge wrongly considered” GK Chesterton (1874-1936) Problemarket.com is a joint-stock company on which shares of several different companies dealing with problems are floated. It is responsible for organizing and managing the international Problem Stock Exchange, formally created at the beginning of 2000 and operational since November 16, 2001.
- I Need Money to Be an Artist
White coloured mailboxes, upon which the artist wrote the statement "I Need Money to Be an Artist" in four languages, were installed at specific locations in Ljubljana and Venice to alert passers-by of the social context of an artist and art as such.

This interactive stand-alone art piece is a pinball machine which functions as a game and whose theme is “the possibilities and strategies of fundraising for contemporary artistic productions nowadays.”

BAST is an audio-visual project initiated in 1998 and known in the Balkan area for his media “incursions” and live performances.
