Book presentation ETERNAL TREBLINKA, Our treatment of animals and the holocaust

Presentation of the book Eternal Treblinka by Charles Patterson.

Eternal Treblinka has already been translated into eleven languages and was recently also published in Slovenian (Mitja Fajdiga) with the Sanje publishing house. In his work Charles Patterson unveils the so oftenly disregarded and dark reality of man's attitutde towards animals. Throughout history, mankind has been creating a metaphysical gap between humans and other creatures, who were considered inferior by people; setting by this dividing line a generally accepted rule for judging both animals and fellow humans. With extremely supported historical facts, the author draws parallels between the treatment of victims in the time of nacism and the way today's society treats animals.
