Dr. France Bučar - Rojstvo države, book presentationThursday 24th January at 7pm - the presentation of the book Rojstvo države (Birth of the country) by Dr France Bučar at ACE Kibla.
The renowned Slovenian politician and lawyer Dr France Bučar presents in his book an integrated view on Slovenian way to independence, thus building the basis to set the final act, the birth of Slovenian state. He follows the course of events from the partition of Slovenia into parties before World War II through the war and the post-war era to independence.
True to himself, to his principles and his thorough knowledge of history and political changes of the recent past, Dr France Bučar is severe and objective in interpreting the circumstances that led the Slovenian nation, desiring and wanting freedom and independence, to the final result.
The talk with Dr Bučar was conducted by the editor of the book, Ms Irena Ostrouška.
