KIBLA2LAB in the Regional Cultural Bazaar 2021

The Cultural Bazaar in Maribor, which will take place on 15 November 2021, will also feature the RUK network, with the presentation of the KIBLA2LAB, which is an intersection of research, production, design, and art activities. The research media and interdisciplinary lab is equipped with the state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology, photogrammetry, XR equipment for virtual, augmented, mixed, and extended reality visualizations, interactive installations, and volumetric film.

The presentation will also include a tour of the international group exhibition KIBLIX 2020–2021: Virtual Worlds Now, that is on view untill 30 November 2021 at the KIBLA PORTAL.

The main focus of the Cultural Bazaar in Maribor is on the planned development of ACE in the educational and cultural institutions and local communities in the Podravska, Pomurska and Koroška regions as well as on recognizing the benefits of innovative design, cooperation and partnership of all three. In addition to the theoretical and practical knowledge of experts, quality cultural and educational projects and the presentation of creative partnerships between educational and cultural institutions, over thirty will be gathered in one place, the program will enable participants to get to know the places of Maribor culture, where the ACE contents are being implemented and designed.
