Laibach: INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE STATE MACHINE

Laibach: Instrumentality of the state machine exhibition, that took place on Friday, the 10th of February 2006, at 7pm.

“A human is a machine part, a musician a function of his/hers instrument, music a by- product of generization of totalitarian industrial society.”

The exhibition is a part of Oscilacije cycle - 30 days of sound, prepared in Mala galerija by Moderna galerija Ljubljana. The cycle of sound events unites an eclectic group of artists from various backgrounds, historic moments and manners of working with sound. Their experimental forms and concepts transcend the borders of what is known as (audio) art and are at the same time opening into various social spaces

The opening of the exhibition took place at the same time as promotion party for the new magazine Bonbon form Večer publishing house.
