Iztok Brodnjak: FROM DUSK TILL DAWNAtmospheric poster photo ambience
The opening took place on the 3rd of June 2005 at 8pm in MMC Kibla with DJ Davidom.
If it is possible to say anything at all under the dictatorship of capital, Iztok Brodnjak tries to find a compromise between creation in the sense of l'art pour l'art-for not many people understand that-and pop culture which is so comprehensible it doesn't say anything at all anymore.
Iztok Brodnjak, a photographer from Maribor excels in technical perfection and with the help of various interventions creates different photographisms. With this project that was created especially for this occasion he introduced himself for the first time in KiBela.
About the author:
Iztok Brodnjak, born in 1970, in Maribor. Founder-member of AIP Cultural Society, collaborates on five short films as director of photography. He collaborates with Društvo likovnih umetnikov Maribor (Society of fine arts artists Maribor), occasionally also on theatre and film projects. Photo gallery
