Summer in front of KIT

Summer cultural events in front of KIT Communication Information Point have become a regular affair. Apart from (DA)(NE)S festival, which is to take place in August and September, we have also prepared a series of events to accompany the Lent Festival. Summer evenings were enhanced by the magicians of electronic music, the ALPHAWAVE production group, and the Belgian group SOPHA. The exhibition by Tanja Vujinović will also be on display between 3 and 11 July.

Sunday, 28 June 2009 at 8 pm / SOPHA in concert
SOPHA, a Belgian collective of 11 members performed within the ROMfest festival, initiating their tour of the Balkans. Playing unplugged, the band from Antwerp combined various music styles from funk, jazz, hip hop, and integrate all with Roma rhythms.

Tuesday 30 June 2009 at 8 pm / An evening of mechanic music with Alphawave association
In front of KIT, ALPHAWAVE association presented its ambiental version of electronic music with traces of African and South-American rhythms intended for all fans of electronic music.

Friday 3 July at 8 pm / Exhibition opening: Tanja Vujinović Oscilorama
Kibela Gallery invites you to the opening of the multimedia exhibition by Tanja Vujinović, being displayed simultaneously in Kibela Gallery (MMC Kibla) and at the Main Square (Glavni trg).
