Caveman pictures - short films screening projections

On Friday, the 14th of April 2006 at 7pm, you were invited to the screening of the short films by four young film creators, 3rd year high school students from Tretja gimnazija Maribor: Mitja Mlakar, Mojca Pernat, Robert Ribič in Miha Šubic.
The name of their group is Caveman pictures. They make their short films (with the exception of music) entirely on their own. They already made 14 short films, 5 for the Tretja gimnazija Maribor highschool.

«We really enjoy making the films because it means working, being serious, educate oneself, trying out new things, but above all hang out together, all at the same time. We already won quite a few awards on various competitons which gives us additional motivation and the desire for creation, because it is a confirmation that we are on the right path.»

The animated film Speed Kills won them the first award on the first international youth film festival Videomanija in the field of animation, as well as on the Mobitel competition Digič 2005.
