Speaker: Domen Kirn Krefl Session: Acceptance Testing of Electron Applications Description: Electron is an open-source framework for the development of desktop applications, using web technologies. In H-Bit company, we use it for the development of the NiceHash Miner application, which makes crypto-currency mining simple. Even though stand-alone cross-platform applications are relatively easy to build with Electron, there are some troubles with their testing. The presentation will be focused on the implementation of acceptance tests in Electron framework and will also include some practical examples.

Speaker: Nik Adžič Session: Build mobile apps with React Native Description: React Native lets you build real, natively rendering mobile applications for iOS and Android. You build a real mobile app that's indistinguishable from an app built using Objective-C or Java. It uses the same fundamental UI building blocks as regular iOS and Android apps. It’s based on React, Facebook’s JavaScript library for building user interfaces, but instead of targeting the browser, it targets mobile platforms. React Native combines smoothly with components written in Objective-C, Java, or Swift. It is used by Facebook, Instagram, Tesla, Airbnb, Walmart.
