Behind every good project there is a client who believes in your work. Without the right client, design has no meaning. What follows is that every form/idea or concept must be intended for somebody. With plenty of examples, the lecture will explain why it's good to have a multidisciplinary knowledge in the creation of brands and web sites, how to create the appropriate form that is adjustable, different, focused and neat, the things you can learn by doing that, and why it's not a good idea to be working alone.

A designer torn between the creation of brands, illustrations, web sites and graphics says he is never entirely happy with his work, but this is what motivates him the most. In the creative process he always thinks about a different approach, about including art into his work, about the form and function of his work. He gained his expertise inside typical marketing agencies, mostly in the field of web projects, which instigated the desire to be working independently as a graphic designer. For a number of years now he has been working as artistic director at VBG studio ( http://www.vbg.si), developing brands and breaking rules with their way of thinking.
