In the wonderful world of horses - children workshop

The second creative workshop IN THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF HORSES, held on Saturday 04/04/2009 at 3.30 pm at Kamnica Racetrack.

The introductory part was conducted by Vlasta Barl. Children learned stretching techniques, which they later practiced on horseback. This was followed by filling-in thematic exercise papers using the knowledge on horses they acquired during the workshop. Having done this, they attempted riding horses, guided by instructors Vesna Rizman and Valentina Frajzman. Our activity at the racetrack completed with an art workshop mentored by Urška Debevc, senior year student at the Famul Stuart School of Applied Arts in Ljubljana, who helped children make their own clay horses.
