In 2006/2007 five Slovene cities decided to enter the contest for European Capital of Culture 2012. Some of them connected to others. Concepts are ready, the choosing began, euforia turned into long waiting. The winner gets a big funding for cultural and art events, for making 2012 a dream year. And untill then? And what about those who don't get chosen? Nothing. That's it. Here. Now. The spoken word, the word of the street. The word on the street. A voice that needs to be heard.
