This year's Kiblix lasted for two days and has focused on the hottest computer and open code systems. Lecture topics were: telecommunications (VoIP – Voice nover IP), xdsl technologies, openoffice, ciphering and with transition of small companies to Linux. An international party followed in the evening and the next day install workshop with Slovenian distribution took place.

Since the year 2002, KIBLA has been organizing an open-code festival by the name of KIBLIX IT International Open Code Festival. In the last few years we have also presented the Linux Install Fest – LiFe, together with the LUGOS – Linux User Group of Slovenia society. Lugos was also our partner when we organized Install Fest of the Year 1999.
