European Capital of Culture 2012ACE KIBLA prepares candidature of city of Maribor for European Capital of Culture 2012.
Kibla's proposal for candidature includes incorporation of ideas from all cultural institutions and creators, economic subjects, infrastructure, tourism, technological parks and all others who are interested to participate.
Another important starting point of candidature is spreading the events and investments to entire Eastern cohesive region, that includes 7 municipalities: Celje, Murska Sobota, Novo mesto, Velenje, Slovenj Gradec, Ptuj, Maribor.
Proposals for inclusion into candidature will be collected until 26th of November 2006 on epk@kibla.org.
